Kathputlee Arts & Films is an 18-year-old creative studio. We make films. We produce branded content. We work with brands, OTT platforms, and international collaborators. Two feature films are in distribution. The services business is expanding. The founder travels constantly.
We need one person who moves with the business.

Not a desk job. Not a traditional EA role.
You will travel with or ahead of the founder — Delhi, Mumbai, Meerut, and internationally. You will manage vendors, freelancers, and production resources. You will handle client coordination, follow-ups, and BD support. You will be in the room for creative, business, and production conversations — and you will make sure things move after those conversations end.
This role suits someone from the media, marketing, or sales world who is organised, fast, and not precious about job titles.
