Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Affiliate Growth Manager located in Saraswati Vihar. The Affiliate Growth Manager will focus on driving business growth through the development and management of affiliate partnerships. Key responsibilities include identifying potential affiliates, managing relationships with business partners, developing and implementing strategies to expand affiliate networks, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, as well as other stakeholders, will also be an integral aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience with data interpretation and reporting
• Excellent Communication skills for building and maintaining affiliate relationships
• Proven ability in Sales and experience in cultivating growth opportunities
• Project Management expertise to oversee and execute affiliate partnerships
• Proficiency in Analytics tools to track and measure performance
• Relevant experience in affiliate marketing or business development
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic and competitive work environment
