Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end merchandising from product development to shipment.
• Handle Soft Home category for bedlinen, towels, cushions, blankets, etc with strong product and sourcing knowledge
• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Lead and manage a team of merchandisers.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers; develop new categories.
• Negotiate pricing and ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Track production, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with buyer requirements.
• Maintain reports, costing sheets, and documentation using MS Office.

Key Requirements:

• 10-12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Soft Home is must.
• Team handling capability.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in PLM, MS Office (especially Excel & powerpoint).
