Role Description

This full-time, on-site Real Estate Associate role is based in the Greater Vijayawada NTR District. The associate will be responsible for managing property leases, facilitating real estate transactions, assisting with real estate development projects, and supporting clients in purchasing and selling commercial and residential properties. The role involves market research, client consultation, document handling, and collaborating with team members to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Leases, Real Estate Transactions, and Real Estate Development
• Strong understanding of Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate markets
• Proficiency in handling Real Estate processes, including transactions and property documentation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations is a plus
• A relevant degree or certification in Real Estate or related fields is preferred
• Proficiency in local languages in addition to English is advantageous
