Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Compensation & Benefits with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end C&B processes and ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws.

Key Requirements:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within the manufacturing sector
• Strong hands-on experience in salary structuring and benchmarking
• Comprehensive knowledge of latest labour laws and statutory compliances
• Experience in managing payroll processes and vendor coordination
• Ability to analyze compensation data and support annual salary reviews and budgeting
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
