Job Description for Inventory Management Profile

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day inventory operations related to g raw materials, chemicals, consumables, spares, and finished goods.
Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions such as inward, outward, transfers, and returns in ERP/system.
Maintain strict control over critical and high-value semiconductor materials.
Record, monitor, and maintain daily machine readings (as per SOP) related to production tools and equipment.
Log machine readings accurately in prescribed formats/systems and report deviations or abnormalities to the engineering/maintenance team.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Conduct regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation with system data.
Identify, analyze, and report inventory variances, shortages, or excess stock.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, handling, and traceability of materials as per cleanroom and EHS standards.
Prepare and share shift-wise, daily, and monthly inventory and machine-reading reports with management.
Support internal and external audits, compliance checks, and documentation requirements.
Follow cleanroom protocols, safety guidelines, and company SOPs at all times.

Shift & Working Conditions

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in any stream.
0-2 years of experience in inventory management within semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing environment, tools, and materials.
Ability to accurately note and maintain machine readings and operational logs.
Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Willingness to work in cleanroom environments and rotational shifts.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
