Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Guest Service Associate based at Kumbhalgarh. The individual will be responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly. Coordination with the kitchen and other service staff to deliver seamless operations will also be part of the role. Maintaining a high standard of customer service will be a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Guest Services and Guest Service skills to provide a welcoming and memorable experience
• Proficient in Customer Service and Reservations management
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and effectively multitask
• Experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is advantageous
• Basic knowledge of food service and restaurant operations is preferred
