Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock records of all raw materials, consumables, bought-out items, hardware, and accessories. Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels. Conduct periodic stock verification and cycle counts. Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and excess inventory. Material Receipt & Inward Management Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans. Coordinate with Quality/Inspection teams for inward material inspection. Ensure accepted materials are properly identified, tagged, and stored. Report shortages, damages, and non-conformities immediately. Material Issue & Production Support Issue materials to production teams as per approved requisitions. Maintain proper records of all material issues and returns. Ensure timely availability of materials required for manufacturing activities. Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Purchase, and Quality departments.Required Skills Knowledge of inventory management and store operations. Experience with ERP software, Zoho Inventory, Tally ERP, or similar systems. Good documentation and record-keeping skills. Understanding of manufacturing raw materials and industrial consumables. Knowledge of inward inspection and material traceability. Preferred Experience 3–8 years of experience in manufacturing stores. Experience in transformer, reactor, electrical equipment, fabrication, or heavy engineering industries preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
