Personal Injury Paralegal (US Law Firm)

We are hiring an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support a USA-based legal firm. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working on personal injury cases and a strong understanding of US legal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle personal injury case files from intake to settlement
• Draft legal documents, demand letters, and correspondence
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and attorneys
• Manage medical records, bills, and case documentation
• Conduct legal research and case follow-ups
• Maintain case management systems and track deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal (US-based cases)
• Strong knowledge of US personal injury laws and processes
• Experience with case management tools (e.g., Clio, Filevine, etc.)
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
• Ability to work in Pacific Time Zone
• Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in demand drafting and settlement negotiation support
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
