Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Coax Cable Technician who knows their way around internet, phone, and cable installations. If you take pride in quality work, can troubleshoot quickly in the field, and know how to keep customers happy, you’ll fit right in. This is a hands-on role—no desk work, just solid, reliable field service with real results.
What You’ll Do:
- Install, upgrade, and service residential and commercial coax-based systems for internet, phone, and cable
- Run, route, and terminate RG6 and RG11 coax cables safely and cleanly
- Test signal levels, run diagnostics, and repair or replace lines and equipment as needed
- Set up modems, routers, and cable boxes, ensuring strong and stable connections
- Locate, isolate, and correct signal leakage or interference issues
- Maintain clear records of work orders, materials used, and completed jobs
- Operate company vehicles and equipment safely
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service on every visit
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 years of experience installing or servicing coax systems for internet, phone, and video
- Strong knowledge of coax cable infrastructure and related tools (meters, TDRs, signal testers)
- Ability to read work orders, maps, and basic system diagrams
- Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and occasionally in crawl spaces
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently
- Must pass background and drug test
- Must own a truck or van
- Must speak English
Pay: $250.00 - $450.00 per day
