Profile Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and articulate Communication & PR Executive to manage internal and external communications, build brand visibility, and maintain a positive public image for the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, media relations experience, and a creative approach to storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR and communication strategies aligned with business goals
• Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and external stakeholders
• Draft press releases, media notes, articles, and official communication
• Manage corporate announcements, events, and press coverage
• Handle internal communications including newsletters, emails, and announcements
• Monitor media coverage and prepare PR performance reports
• Support brand-building initiatives and campaigns
• Coordinate with marketing and digital teams for consistent messaging
• Handle crisis communication and reputation management when required

Educational, Experience & Professional Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong network with media/journalists (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital/social media tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR, or related field
• Experience in real estate, fintech, or corporate sector (optional)
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Ability to craft compelling brand narratives
