Job description
JustinBradley’s client, an award-winning interior design house in Georgetown, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for their $4M firm. You’ll report to the office three days a week (around 24 hours/week), have 100% of healthcare covered, 401K and match, profit sharing, parking, and enjoy working with this group of prestigious interior designers! Compensation is $40/hour and full slate of benefits, including 100% paid healthcare.
Your Responsibilities Would Look Like This
- AP & AR
- Billing
- Sales Tax for 7 states
- Work in progress
- Cash management and reporting
- Reconciling 5 bank accounts
- Bi-weekly payroll for 10 and some 1099s, processed by Paychex
- Client project statements
- Estimated quarterly tax payments
- Preparing financial statements
- Schedules of Expenses, time/billing, furniture income…
- Learn and use Studio, a comprehensive accounting the leading digital project management, product sourcing and accounting platform for the interior design industry.
