About the position:

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in project and corporate finance to secure funding for our renewable energy projects, ensuring their successful implementation and contributing to our company's growth and success. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships will be crucial in driving our finance initiatives forward and achieving our strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

• Work on Project & Corporate Finance (Term Loan, ECBs & Bonds and LC/BG)
• Preparation of Financial Model, Detailed Project Information Memorandum
• Maintain & Build relationships with Banks, FIs & NBFCs
• Submit funding proposal to prospective lenders including filling of application, submission of required data
• Manage the entire project appraisal process in close coordination with Lenders, internal stakeholders, external consultants etc
• Manage Due diligence exercise (including technical, legal, title search etc) conducted by various consultants on behalf respective Lenders
• Negotiations & Finalisation of Term Sheets
• Review, finalisation and execution of Facility & Security Documents
• Comply with various disbursement and commitment conditions
• Submit periodic data on time as per requirement of lenders, rating agencies & banks.
• Ensuring Compliances with required guidelines, policies & procedures as well as agreed covenants & reporting requirements to achieve financing effectiveness.
• Work on availing Non-Fund Based facility (LC/BG) from various banks
• Management of Escrow Accounts, Construction & Operation Budget
• Manage coordination between internal and external stake holders
• Support Secretarial & Accounts team for timely closure of books
• Supporting internal processes interfacing with projects Team, legal teams as well as management & the Board.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• MBA in finance from a reputable institute or Chartered Accountant.
• Experience in project and corporate finance, preferably in the Infrastructure/ Renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, project appraisal, and lending processes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects simultaneously.
