We are looking for a manufacturing domain expert to manage business operations, client engagement, and strategic initiatives. This role bridges client needs and operational execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes.

🔶 Key Responsibilities

• Industry Expert: Apply manufacturing/composite knowledge to guide clients and influence business decisions.
• Growth Enabler: Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, providing tailored solutions for clients.
• Client Experience Owner: Manage end-to-end client interactions, ensuring onboarding, follow-ups, and proactive service.
• Collaborative Partner: Work closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to deliver seamless project execution.
• Process Optimizer: Recommend improvements in workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Track & Measure: Maintain CRM data and dashboards to monitor performance and optimize outcomes.

🔶 What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or composites.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, client needs, and technical standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and using digital tools.
