Designation- Vice President Business Line- Emerging Markets What this job involves: Support supporting the new business prospecting and pipeline and Data Base Management, Market Link updation, new property Sourcing and Absorption updation. Support sales leadership and business line heads to support the development of new business opportunities and manage the database administration Work closely with our internal database teams to leverage existing industry research and pair with external data sources to identify new properties effectiveness. Source new supply of commercial office space for the Markets team and maintain the existing database available on our software – Blossom & Horizon Maintain our sales database and ensure it is kept up to date. Ability to collate information into cohesive presentations with proper slide layout / design.
