Key Responsibilities:

• **Project Director (20+ Years):**
• Act as the Single Point of Contact for all appointed Consultants & Contractors, ensuring proper stakeholder management and communication.
• Provide direction and alignment to the JLL team and stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets objectives, timelines, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage Risk Management & Change Management processes, identifying potential risks and changes, and developing mitigation plans.
• Monitor project budget & timelines, conduct progress review meetings, and drive the closeout program.
• **Planning Manager (12 to 15 Years):**
• Manage the project schedule, prepare baseline schedules, monitor progress, and communicate critical path activities.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders for progress tracking, analyze current conditions, and ensure timely drawing issuances.
• Generate project control trackers and reports to track project milestones.
• **Design Coordinator (8 to 12 Years):**
• Coordinate design meetings and reviews between architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure integrated design development.
• Monitor design deliverables, track milestones, and maintain design document registers.
• Serve as the central communication point for design-related queries and coordinate responses to RFIs.
