What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs
• Prepare accurate estimates and recommend necessary repairs/maintenance
• Clearly communicate with customers and technicians throughout the service process
• Provide timely updates and answer customer questions
• Upsell services when appropriate based on inspection results
• Maintain organized records of work orders and customer interactions

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Service Advisor in a dealership or independent repair facility
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Solid knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset
• ASE certification preferred but not required
