What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs
- Prepare accurate estimates and recommend necessary repairs/maintenance
- Clearly communicate with customers and technicians throughout the service process
- Provide timely updates and answer customer questions
- Upsell services when appropriate based on inspection results
- Maintain organized records of work orders and customer interactions
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Service Advisor in a dealership or independent repair facility
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Solid knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- ASE certification preferred but not required
