As a not-for-profit and full-service community hospital, Sibley offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic and skilled nursing inpatient services1890, as well as a 24-hour Emergency Department. Sibley’s campus is also home to Grand Oaks, an assisted living residence; a medical building with physician offices and ambulatory surgery and imaging centers.

Job Summary: The Pharmacy Inventory Coordinator II performs advanced inventory management functions and serves as a resource for peers on inventory workflows and system practices. Coordinates with suppliers, pharmacy staff, and other departments to manage inventory effectively. Supports training of new staff, assists with process improvement efforts, and troubleshoots more complex inventory issues. Work is performed with increased independence and responsibility for ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient, safe, and reliable inventory operations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
  • Completion of an ASHP/ACPE accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmacy inventory management
  • PHRMTECH-R - Registered Pharmacy Technician required
  • PHAR-C - Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) certification required
  • Supply Chain and Inventory Management Certificate from PTCB required

Shift: Full-time (40 hours per week), Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. No weekend work is required.

Salary Range: Minimum 24.97/hour - Maximum 41.22/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
