Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ForgeRock IAM Engineer with strong Java expertise to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with the ForgeRock stack including Access Management (AM), Directory Services (DS), and Identity Gateway (IG) along with strong Java development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Policy Engineering

• Design and implement complex Authentication Trees and Authorization Policies within ForgeRock Access Management (AM).

Gateway Integration

• Configure and manage ForgeRock Identity Gateway (IG) to secure APIs and web applications using filters, handlers, and custom Java extensions.

Directory Management

• Optimize and maintain ForgeRock Directory Services (DS), ensuring high availability, data consistency, and secure LDAP configurations.

Custom Development

• Develop custom authentication nodes, post-authentication modules, and scripts using Java within the ForgeRock ecosystem.

Security Implementation

• Implement modern authentication and authorization protocols including OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML 2.0 to support secure identity flows.

Additional Requirements

• Deep expertise in ForgeRock IAM (AM), Directory Services (DS), and Identity Gateway (IG)
• Strong Java coding and development experience
• Experience working in Agile environments including daily scrums and iteration planning
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
