Job Description

The role will focus 60-80% of their time on EDI mapping activities and the remaining time on unique projects, validations, EDI environment maintenance (like envelope creation, audits, etc.),

Responsibilities

Creating new EDI maps

Updating/upgrading existing Masters EDI maps

Assistance with internal projects and validations

EDI customer onboardings during high volume periods

Support requests, troubleshooting errors and connection issues, resolving missing output data, etc.

Attend internal stand up calls 1-3 days per week (depending on current tasks, opportunities, etc.)

There will also be occasional unique and/or project calls as necessary (ie: project planning, one on ones, training, SAP and EI calls, bridge lines, etc.)

Agile mindset

Experience and Qualifications:

EDI Mapping

Sterling Map Editor (or in future the possible replacement suite)

Understanding data flow between ERPs and EDI environments

Envelope and TP creation

Familiarity with SAP, SI 5.2, B2Bi, connectivity evaluation, etc.

Translating lay communications into action:

Use critical thinking to determine what the best solution is to a request (opposed to completing requests without discerning the best solution).
