Job Title: Technical Project Manager HVAC (Utilities)

Location: Manassas, VA (Onsite)

Length of Assignment: 1 Year

Pay Rate: $50/hr- $65/hr all-in rate

Job Description

Oversight and verification of HVAC commissioning for new systems within an existing facility, with a strong focus on very low-temperature repository environments. This role provides technical authority and verification oversight rather than hands-on execution.

Must Have:

• HVAC utilities experience
• Prior commissioning oversight experience
• Ability to review HVAC design documentation and commissioning execution

Nice to Have

• GMP facility exposure
• Experience supporting operational readiness and verification frameworks
