Job Description

The Senior PeopleSoft Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade PeopleSoft applications and integrations within a managed services environment. This role requires expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, and experience in cloud migration and modernization initiatives. Candidates must hold a DOD Secret Clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance PeopleSoft modules using PeopleTools, Fluid UI, and custom components.
• Implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems.
• Execute PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) image upgrades and PeopleTools upgrades.
• Support Oracle Database upgrades, including versions 23ai and 26ai.
• Participate in migration of PeopleSoft environments to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Azure.
• Automate regression testing and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage user roles and permissions in compliance with security standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• DOD Secret Clearance.
• 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development and administration.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, SQL, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleTools, Integration Broker, and Fluid UI.
• Experience with Oracle Database versions 23ai and 26ai.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud technologies.
• Exposure to AI-driven enhancements and chatbot integrations for PeopleSoft.
