Senior Java Developer Enterprise Security APIs & Microservices - 67506

Pay Rate : $45 -$52/hr

We have an immediate need for a Senior Java Developer based onsite in Bellevue - 98006. This is a 12-month contract role with virtual interviews, supporting enterprise security platforms .

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain backend services and enterprise-grade APIs using Java and Spring Boot, with a strong emphasis on secure, scalable microservices architectures. You will work on Java EE based security frameworks and contribute to building highly reliable systems while also overseeing and guiding the daily work of the development team. The role requires hands-on development as well as technical leadership, ensuring best practices in secure application development, performance, and maintainability across enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, along with deep knowledge of Java EE security standards such as JCA, JCE, JAAS, JSSE, and JGSS. Experience designing secure APIs, building backend services, and supporting enterprise web applications is essential. The role demands strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of secure application architecture, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
