Provider & Rural Health Engagement Lead

Location - Richmond , VA(Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a provider outreach and engagement strategy
• Conduct interviews and listening sessions with providers and associations
• Assess provider readiness and likelihood of applying for funding
• Capture barriers, incentives, and operational challenges - especially in rural settings
• Coordinate engagement activities across agencies and stakeholders
• Translate qualitative insights into actionable assessment findings

Experience Needed:

• 7 10 years in healthcare stakeholder engagement or program outreach
• Direct experience working with rural health providers or community-based organizations
• Experience supporting Medicaid, public health, or provider incentive programs
• Experience working with provider associations or health collaboratives
