Title : Production Support Engineer

Location : Phoenix, AZ(Onsite)

Pay rate : $50 - $53/hr on W2

Duration : 6+ Months

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 8+yrs.

Role Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

Production Support Engineer

Informatica, SQL, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Production Support

• Provide L2/L3 production support for ETL, Java applications, and BI reporting systems.
• Monitor daily batch jobs, data loads, and scheduled workflows.
• Analyse and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support during critical releases.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Informatica PowerCenter/IDMC workflows, mappings, and sessions.
• Analyse ETL job failures and performance bottlenecks.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and issue analysis.
• Support MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Troubleshoot report failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies."
