One of the following: Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise SD-WAN Implementation, Cisco Certified DevNet Expert, or VMware VCAO-NV.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is an Annapolis Junction, MD resident with 5+ years of Cisco experience, proven expertise with Cisco network hardware, VMware environment experience, and IAT Level III certification; nice-to-have skills include 10+ years of Cisco experience and DISN/CANES knowledge.

Position Description: The Senior Network Architect (Key) tests and analyzes elements of network facilities, including power, software, security features, communications devices, and terminals, and is responsible for the overall integration and modernization of the enterprise network.

Required Qualifications:

• TS/SCI clearance
• BS/BS Degree in IT or related field
• 5+ years of Cisco experience with proven expertise in routers, switches, firewalls, and unified communications equipment
• 5+ years of experience in VMware environments
• 5+ years of experience in virtual and physical Internet Protocol and Fiber Channel networks and routing protocols
• 5+ years of experience designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and low bandwidth networks protected by network encryptors
• Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF), DODAF 2.0 standards, and Change Management Processes
• Experience designing VMware NSX environments utilizing Software Defined Networking (SDN) principles
• Experience utilizing network management solutions based on NetFlow and SNMP
