Exchange Administrator

Introduction:

We are looking for an Exchange administrator with experience in Exchange administration and Barracuda administration to assist our client''s security team in battling Phishing emails and improving their security posture. This is a hybrid role that will last at least six months, involving both remote work and on-site work at the client''s locations in Fort Washington and Wayne, PA.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Exchange server infrastructure.
• Administer Barracuda email security solutions.
• Work closely with the security team to identify and mitigate phishing attacks.
• Implement and maintain security best practices for email communication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve email-related issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of email systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in email security.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Exchange administration.
• Hands-on experience with Barracuda email security solutions.
• Strong understanding of phishing attacks and email security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in Exchange or email security.
• Experience working in a hybrid remote/on-site role.
• Familiarity with other email security technologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
