One of our clients is urgently looking for a Data Center Technician.

Location: Arlington, VA

Duration: 1 year + extension

Hourly: $45 per hour

Job Description

The team is expected to have strong, shared knowledge of the Data Center environments and to operate proactively.

This includes active monitoring, hands and feet support, rack, stack, and cable, maintaining and improving documentation, generating and curating knowledge base articles, managing inventory, and providing cross coverage across all data center colo sites.

This is intentionally a single, integrated team model. We want to avoid silos where critical knowledge or responsibilities are concentrated with one individual. Each team member is expected to be capable of handling core functions independently, with shared ownership and accountability across the team.

Must-to-Have Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Data Center experience
• Strong expertise with Rack & Stack
• Skills with Cabling
