Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), SQL, AWS, Data Modeling, and Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing data pipelines, transforming and analyzing large datasets, and delivering actionable insights to support business decision-making.

This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Business Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning for large datasets.
• Work with AWS services such as S3, Redshift, RDS, Glue, and Lambda for data ingestion and processing.
• Perform data modeling (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas) for analytics and reporting solutions.
• Develop data transformation and automation scripts using Python.
• Conduct data profiling, validation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze large datasets and provide actionable business insights.
• Support reporting and dashboard initiatives (Power BI/Tableau is a plus).
• Optimize database performance and ETL workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with IICS (Informatica Cloud).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, window functions, indexing, optimization).
• Experience working with AWS Cloud services (S3, Redshift, RDS, Glue preferred).
• Strong understanding of Data Modeling concepts (OLTP vs OLAP, dimensional modeling).
• Experience in Python for data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
• Strong knowledge of data validation and data quality frameworks.
