We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Team Lead to drive performance, mentor sales executives and ensure revenue growth through structured sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 12–15 Inside Sales Representatives
- Monitor daily sales activities and conversion metrics
- Conduct coaching, training and performance reviews
- Support deal closure and negotiation for key opportunities
- Drive B2B sales initiatives and pipeline growth
- Track monthly and quarterly targets
- Prepare sales reports and performance dashboards
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
Requirements
- Strong B2B Inside Sales experience
- Team handling and people management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability
- CRM and sales pipeline management exposure
- Target-driven approach
