Visual Merchandiser (Only Females) (Faridabad)

Role Overview:

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing visual merchandising strategies in the store. Your main role will involve planning the layout of various items inside the store to encourage greater customer interest and boost sales. You will be expected to constantly come up with new ideas for store design and layout plans. Additionally, you will interact with customers to gather feedback on the presentation of merchandise and manage inventory decisions on display and stocking levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and implement visual merchandising strategies in the store
• Plan the layout of various items stacked in the store
• Come up with new promotional ideas and marketing strategies to attract more buyers
• Interact with customers to gather feedback for necessary changes
• Ensure the store environment is welcoming, warm, and ambient

Qualifications Required:

• Education: Any Graduate in any specialization for UG, Any Postgraduate in any specialization for PG (Post Graduation Not Required), Any Doctorate in any specialization for Doctorate (Doctorate Not Required)
