Accountabilities

• Research and evaluate new opportunities related to iGaming, providing strategic recommendations.
• Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns and partner initiatives effectively.
• Leverage data to inform retention and acquisition strategies.
• Manage cross-functional teams to complete large-scale projects.
• Develop communication documents to sell concepts and campaigns.
• Review partner agreements to support deliverables.
• Collaborate with legal teams on campaign concepts.
• Support the development and measurement of impactful partnerships.
• Own and manage a marketing channel and creative calendar.
• Maintain understanding of regulatory guidelines in Canadian territories.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in gaming, marketing, advertising, or related fields.
• Strong ability to leverage data and insights for informed decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related qualification preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams is an asset.
• Background in large entertainment properties preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfort with manipulating data and reports on various platforms.
