Remote UX/UI Designer Senior

Accountabilities

• Design end-to-end payment experiences across web interfaces and conversational AI agents.
• Translate complex payment workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Define and evolve interaction patterns for conversational interfaces.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers on product direction.
• Use data and experimentation to iterate on designs and improve key metrics.
• Contribute to design systems by establishing reusable patterns for AI-native experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of product design experience delivering user experiences for digital products.
• Experience designing conversational, chat-based, or AI-assisted user interfaces.
• Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience designing complex workflows with branching logic.
