This role is essential for driving the end-to-end delivery of high-impact enterprise-level growth programs, including site builds and expansions. You will oversee complex projects from inception through execution, ensuring that every component is aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Your leadership will be critical for coordinating multi-functional teams and for maintaining strict adherence to timelines and quality metrics. As a key liaison with stakeholders, you will also foster collaborative relationships essential for project success. Your expertise will contribute to the sustainable growth and operational excellence of our partner's initiatives.
Accountabilities
- Ensure all project requirements and customer needs are clearly defined and executed
- Collaborate with customers and business units throughout the project lifecycle
- Align program objectives with stakeholder expectations
- Develop and manage program plans adhering to PMI standards
- Coordinate with project managers to integrate detailed project schedules
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program milestones
- Perform financial management and cost analysis for projects
- Develop risk mitigation plans and manage project reporting
- Deliver effective communication to diverse stakeholders
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in managing complex enterprise-level programs
- Proven track record in facilities-driven and capital-intensive projects
- Strong skills in requirement translation into actionable plans
- PMP certification is required
- Expertise in PMI standards and methodologies
- Experience with large-scale growth initiatives and product launches
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
