This role is essential in driving the growth of existing client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Accountabilities

• Drive growth within current accounts through proactive outbounding and relationship building.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers.
• Open and convert new lines of business within existing accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities including upgrades, renewals, cross-sells, and add-on services.
• Manage pricing discussions and renewal conversations within established guidelines.
• Ensure full understanding of client procurement processes to accurately forecast and set expectations.
• Create value within existing relationships to gain introductions to new contacts, teams, and departments.
• Manage and forecast an expansion pipeline for services and partner offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 1+ years selling custom software, technical platforms, or professional services.
• 3+ years selling into the manufacturing, healthcare, construction, or financial services industries.
• Experience managing existing client relationships with revenue responsibility.
• Proven success in outbound prospecting and new business development.
• Strong discovery, qualification, and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
