Accountabilities
- Serve as the main marketing and communications contact.
- Manage annual updates to the provider manual, ensuring accuracy.
- Draft and manage critical communications for our network.
- Create content for the CCS e-newsletter in collaboration with designers.
- Lead the annual CCS Year in Review project.
- Provide executive-level presentation support with high-quality materials.
- Analyze and report on project metrics and performance summaries.
- Ensure website content remains current and aligned with business priorities.
- Support annual conference marketing efforts.
- Coordinate video shoots and other business-related communications.
- Collaborate across teams for timely project execution.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in marketing or communications.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism and business acumen.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint capabilities.
