This role offers the opportunity to become a key financial partner within a dynamic BPO environment, driving data-informed decisions that directly impact business performance. You will analyze operational metrics, develop financial models, and provide actionable insights to optimize profitability across multiple clients and delivery centers. The position requires close collaboration with operations, workforce management, and HR teams, linking call center KPIs to financial outcomes. With a fully remote setup on a US-shift schedule, this role combines autonomy with high visibility, enabling you to influence strategic financial planning and cost management. It is ideal for analytical professionals who enjoy transforming operational data into financial strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

Accountabilities

  • Prepare and manage monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and performance reports across BPO operations
  • Analyze revenue and cost drivers, connecting call center metrics (AHT, SLA, Occupancy, Attrition, Shrinkage) to financial outcomes
  • Develop financial models to evaluate operational and workforce decisions for profitability
  • Partner with Operations, Workforce Management, and HR to align staffing and productivity with financial goals
  • Track, report, and provide insights on business KPIs across clients, projects, and delivery centers
  • Support pricing, costing, and profitability analysis for existing and new client engagements
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend efficiency improvements
  • Drive accountability for budget adherence across cost centers and client programs

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A within a BPO or call center environment
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to link operational metrics to financial performance
  • Deep understanding of call center KPIs such as AHT, SLA, FTE efficiency, attrition, and absenteeism
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-finance stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup, supporting US time zones
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
