As a Demand Marketing Manager at Workday, you will play a vital role in executing strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating on developing, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across diverse channels to enhance awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to optimize lead generation and nurturing strategies.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns and events, from setup to tracking, reporting, and lead segmentation.
- Managing marketing platforms and utilizing sales tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and others for marketing applicability.
- Providing regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing efforts in generating demand to meet pipeline and revenue goals, leveraging fundamental data analysis skills.
- Working with cross-functional teams to sequence and distribute targeted content, product marketing resources, and messaging for various stages of the buyer's journey.
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues related to data quality, process bottlenecks, or system integration.
- Managing relationships with marketing technology vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Demonstrating a continuous learning mindset and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- 4-6 years of related demand generation marketing experience.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools and platforms (i.e. Marketo, Demandbase); sales platforms (i.e., Salesforce,) and web expertise.
- Demonstrated experience in digital and content strategy, including multi-channel marketing.
- Knowledge of the financial service industry is preferred.
- Results-oriented, detail-driven mindset with a passion for optimizing processes and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education from an accredited institution.
- Strong teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
