As the Social Media Manager for Organic Engagement at Docusign, you will play a crucial role in being the voice and ears of the company in digital spaces, focusing on authentic conversations. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring trends, engaging in relevant conversations, and contributing to Docusign's social content across various platforms. You will work closely with the Director of Organic Social Communications to bring the social strategy to life through community management and organic conversation.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement on Docusign's social media channels, emphasizing platforms such as Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor social conversations related to Docusign, products, and industry topics, identifying opportunities for engagement and adding value authentically.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community members, brand advocates, customers, and industry voices through genuine engagement.
  • Respond to comments, questions, and mentions in a timely manner while aligning with Docusign's brand voice.
  • Identify trending topics and conversations where Docusign can participate organically, particularly in B2B and tech communities.
  • Collaborate with various teams to surface customer feedback, questions, and insights gathered from social listening.
  • Contribute to content creation by identifying user-generated content opportunities, capturing real-time moments, and creating content based on community conversations.
  • Track and report on community sentiment, engagement metrics, and conversation trends to guide the broader social strategy.
  • Develop and uphold community guidelines and best practices for engagement across different platforms.
  • Assist in crisis monitoring and response by flagging potential issues and aiding in crafting suitable responses.
  • Stay updated on platform updates, community norms, and best practices for authentic brand engagement, especially in community-driven spaces.
  • Test and experiment with new engagement tactics, platform features, and conversation strategies for continuous improvement of community presence.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or digital engagement.
  • Experience in managing brand presence on Reddit and other community-driven platforms.
  • Familiarity with social listening and monitoring tools.
  • Flexibility and a proactive approach to tasks.
