Role Overview:
As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (PPC/SEM) at our rapidly growing fintech SaaS firm, you will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Social ads, and other demand-gen channels. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various teams such as Sales, product, design, and broader marketing to drive brand awareness and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize, execute, monitor, and manage campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Linkedin Ads
- Oversee growth in performance campaigns to align with the brand's business goals
- Manage landing pages, keyword plans, ad copies, and display ads effectively
- Utilize analytical skills to optimize campaigns based on insights and signals
- Implement A/B and user experience testing for ads, quality score, and placements
- Monitor campaign performance and budget pacing daily
- Analyze campaign performance, compile detailed reports, and present proactive insights
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in online advertising
- Design, develop, and monitor digital media buying campaigns
Qualifications Required:
- 5-10 years of pure PPC experience, preferably in a SaaS company with annual budgets exceeding 2 million USD
- Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Linkedin Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Strong knowledge of PPC Automations/Rules/Scripts and ability to analyze campaign metrics on Excel/Data Studio
- Experience working with Ad channel APIs and data APIs for data-informed optimizations
- Working knowledge of SQL, Data Warehouses, Web Analytics, and content writing for ad copies
- Experience running campaigns for US, European, and global markets
