Job Description
I’m currently partnering with a growing consumer health & wellness brand on a high-impact growth marketing role reporting directly to the CEO.
This position will take full ownership of digital acquisition and revenue growth across all online channels. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to directly influence business performance.
Onsite: Tues–Thurs
- Remote: Mon & Fri
Compensation: Up to $125K+ full benefits
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading end-to-end customer acquisition strategy across paid search, social, display, email, and affiliate channels
- Driving revenue growth while optimizing LTV/CAC and overall performance metrics
- Testing and scaling new channels (influencer, affiliate, partnerships, etc.)
- Executing digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Partnering on site merchandising and conversion optimization
- Managing Amazon Seller Central efforts with external partners
What We’re Looking For:
- 7–9 years of experience in e-commerce and performance marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics and Excel
- Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns across multiple channels
- Familiarity with WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, less structured environment
