Job Description
JKPMS & Infra is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D & 2D Interior Designer to join our growing team. If you have a passion for transforming residential spaces and possess the technical skills to bring visions to life, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
1. Create detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings for home interiors.
2. Develop high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to help clients visualize their dream homes.
3. Conduct site visits to take accurate measurements and monitor project progress.
4. Collaborate with the design team and contractors to ensure execution matches the design intent.
5. Interact with clients to understand their requirements and present design concepts.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Minimum 3-6 years of relevent experience in high end residential projects
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and 3D software (such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or Revit etc).
3. Languages: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and site workers.
4. Transportation: Must possess your own vehicle for commuting to various project sites.
