Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with Talent Acquisition Leads and Hiring managers across Entertainment Revenue functions and other roles as required to support high-impact hiring and deliver a great candidate experience. This role focuses on executing end-to-end recruitment, building pipelines, and ensuring smooth coordination across the hiring lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Hiring Managers and TA Leads in executing structured hiring plans across Revenue, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Brand Solutions and other roles.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer coordination & closure.
- Source top talent from the industry and apprise the Hiring Managers on market intel.
- Coordinate closely with stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and a seamless candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records on ATS and support reporting on hiring metrics
- Contribute to diversity hiring by building inclusive pipelines
- Stay updated on talent trends and share relevant market insights with the team
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition non-tech hiring in a high growth organization/executive or consulting firms.
- Hands-on experience sourcing for different roles in the non-tech space.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination & management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
