About the Role

• Owning end-to-end targeted offer execution and communication strategy throughout user lifecycle via On-App channels, Push Notifications, SMS/RCS and Whatsapp.
• Owning the complete campaign process from ideation, setup, execution, tracking, and performance optimization to drive subscription growth aligned with business objectives.
• The role involves close coordination with product & engineering, business, analytics and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Multiple user segment creations for targeted offers, communication & any other strategic initiatives.
• Campaign creation for multiple channels across the user lifecycle aligned with business objectives.
• Acting as sole point of contact to plan the targeted offers go live in collaboration with engineering and business teams.
• Stakeholder management across different teams - product & engineering and business.
• Working in collaboration with the marketing team to discuss creative/copy ideas across workstreams and projects.
• Close coordination with analytics to ensure timely data tracking & reporting.
• Planning, execution and data analysis for A/B experiments.
• Weekly updates & campaign’s evaluation for insights and optimizations.
• Acting as a project manager for any strategic initiative apart from business as usual workstreams

Preferred Skillsets:

• Understanding of CRM tools like CleverTap/MoEngage and Mixpanel
• Basic know-how of user segmentation & targeted communication in a digital space
• Ready to roll up the sleeves to get the job done end to end and open to learn new tools, systems and different processes
• Think through ability and data-driven decision making
• Ability to create impactful documents/presentations to present outcomes across hierarchy
• High ownership, maturity and ability to operate independently
