You are a skilled After-Sales Engineer with a background in mechanical manufacturing who will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving customer issues related to electric height-adjustable desk products. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving product improvements through field feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide after-sales technical support for electric height-adjustable desks, addressing technical issues faced by customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in office visits to resolve product-related issues.
- Assist customers with product installation, commissioning, and usage training to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze common customer feedback and issues to drive continuous product quality improvements.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to report product issues and track resolution progress.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs for after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
- Prior experience in after-sales support, technical support, or maintenance within the mechanical or electromechanical industry.
- Solid understanding of mechanical structures and the ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer cases effectively.
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
- Experience with electric height-adjustable desks, office furniture, medical equipment, or linear drive products is a plus.
- Basic English proficiency to read technical documents is preferred.
