General Construction Labourer with The Jety Crew

Are you passionate about quality construction and renovation with innovation? The Jety Crew is seeking a talented, dedicated, and knowledgeable general construction labourer to join us!

This person should have proven experience, skills, and talent in framing both custom renovations and new builds, installing LP SmartSide siding systems, ICF foundations, and metal roofing, among other talents you can add to our team. Education and training is a plus but hands on experience is most important to us. This is intended to be a full-time permanent position.

The Basics:

• Proven experience, knowledge, and skill in the construction and renovation industry.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Use tools effectively and safely without supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards.
• Work and communicate effectively in a team-based environment.
• Ability to lift heavy materials, perform physical labor for extended periods, and a comfort level with heights.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
• BONUS: Comfortable with driving with and backing up a truck and trailer system.

Final starting pay will be determined with the individual hired based on their experience. This position will have a 3 month probationary period to ensure right fit for all.
