As a Customer Support Executive - Data Validation at Jet Freight Logistics Limited (JFLL), your role involves supporting the Market Intelligence and Business Development functions by validating and enriching market data. You will be responsible for identifying key decision-makers within international organizations, conducting outbound calls, and qualifying customer requirements to generate actionable business opportunities. Your work will be crucial in ensuring accurate lead information and facilitating the handover of qualified opportunities to the Sales and Business Analysis teams. Key Responsibilities: - Validate and enrich customer and trade data obtained from various market intelligence platforms and external databases. - Research and acquire new information from public sources, professional networking platforms, and industry forums. - Verify company profiles, operational capabilities, and market presence to ensure data accuracy. - Maintain and update customer information within CRM systems and internal databases. - Conduct outbound calls to international organizations to identify key decision-makers such as Logistics Managers, Supply Chain Heads, Procurement Managers, and Import/Export Directors. - Gather information relating to products, trade lanes, shipment volumes, and existing logistics arrangements. - Understand and validate customer logistics requirements including ocean freight, air freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and multimodal transportation needs. - Accurately document customer requirements and interactions in the CRM system. - Collaborate with Market Intelligence, Sales, and Operations teams to address information gaps and improve lead quality. - Support initiatives aimed at improving customer acquisition and market penetration.
