Job Summary
The Music Producer is responsible for creating, recording, editing, and producing high-quality music and audio content for ministry programs, digital platforms, and events. The role ensures excellence in sound production, creativity in composition, and alignment with the organization’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:Music Production & Composition:
- Compose, arrange, and produce music tracks for various programs and platforms
- Create background scores, jingles, and theme music
- Work with singers, musicians, and worship teams to produce high-quality audio
Recording & Sound Engineering:
- Handle studio recordings including vocals and instruments
- Perform audio editing, mixing, and mastering
- Ensure clarity, balance, and overall sound quality
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with media, video, and worship teams
- Understand content requirements and produce suitable music
- Coordinate recording sessions and manage production timelines
Audio Management:
- Maintain and organize audio files and music libraries
- Ensure proper storage and version control of audio assets
- Manage and maintain studio equipment and software
Quality & Innovation:
- Ensure consistency in sound quality across all productions
- Stay updated with music trends, tools, and technologies
- Experiment with new sounds and production styles
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in audio production tools (Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Ableton, FL Studio)
- Strong understanding of music composition, arrangement, and sound design
- Knowledge of mixing and mastering techniques
- Creative thinking and musical sense
- Attention to detail and quality
- Good collaboration and communication skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Music, Sound Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in music production / audio engineering
- Experience in studio recording and live production

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
