Description
As our Resort Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee and manage the daily operations and performance of the Resort Housekeepers.
This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Job Requirements
- Respond to guests' inquiries and complaints regarding resort housekeeping in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate team member selection and development and ensures team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures
- Inspect and ensure that all rental units, bath houses, cottages, and offices are thoroughly clean to meet safety and guest satisfaction standards before approving as complete
- Ensure all operation and safety procedures are properly followed
- Place orders for cleaning materials as needed while maintaining and ensuring to stay within budget guidelines
- Obtain pricing and place orders to ensure supply for rentals is adequately stocked
- Follow all established safety procedures and precautions
- Report all unsafe or hazardous conditions, incidents, accidents, and/or defective equipment to their manager
Job Qualifications
- 1 year of housekeeping/cleaning experience is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of general janitorial work and safety measures when using various cleaning chemicals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email, the internet, and Microsoft Office
- Valid Driver's License is preferred

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
