We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Associate Producer to join our creative team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and organization — helping bring ideas to life while ensuring smooth execution across projects.

Job Description

• Project Coordination: Help coordinate and organize various aspects of a production. This includes scheduling, budgeting, and keeping track of important deadlines. They may also assist in securing locations, permits, and necessary equipment.
• Script Development: In some cases, Associate Producers may be involved in script development and revisions. They may work with writers, directors, and other creative personnel to ensure the script aligns with the project's vision and budget.
• Pre-Production: During the pre-production phase, Associate Producers help assemble the production team, hire crew members, and set up production offices. They may also be responsible for contract negotiations and ensuring that everyone involved is aware of their roles and responsibilities.
• Budgeting and Financial Management: Associate Producers often work closely with the Producer to create and manage the project's budget. They track expenses, reconcile financial records, and ensure the production stays within budgetary constraints.
• Logistics: This role involves handling logistical aspects of the production, such as organizing transportation, accommodations, and catering for the crew and talent. They also ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
• On-Set Support: On the set, Associate Producers may assist in various capacities, including coordinating shooting schedules, overseeing set operations, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Post-Production: In post-production, they may be responsible for overseeing the editing process, coordinating with post-production houses, and ensuring that the project is completed according to the creative vision and timeline.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the production. This can include production reports, financial records, and contracts.
• Problem-Solving: This role requires strong problem-solving skills, as Associate Producers are often called upon to address unexpected challenges that arise during production.
